I am obsessed with the Blue Agave Sriracha
I’m not a big sriracha girly, and it is very rare that I ever leave reviews for items. However, I am genuinely obsessed with this sriracha. I saw it a few times in the grocery store and was intrigued by the packaging but never got it. I finally caved and got it because why not and it is currently my favorite hot sauce to use on top of literally everything. My eggs, avocado toast, I am currently eating a bowl of pasta and I put it right on top and it’s still bomb. So therefore I had to write this review because even putting it on pasta it is amazing. I highly recommend.

My husband and I would consider ourselves hot sauce enthusiasts, it’s our ketchup and mustard for any and all foods! While we thought we had amassed a healthy array, we were gifted a set of Yellowbird sauces at Xmas 2023, I figured...huh...refrigerated you say? There’s no way it’ll be THAT good but I’m a sucker for “green hotness” so we popped open the Serrano for some burritos we made. MY GOD, out of this world. Flavorful, but keeps the heat. A slower burn, you’ll want to keep going back for more! About to purchase another bottle since we crushed this one in a matter of 2 weeks ☺️🙌🏻👌🏻
Wonderful product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stuff. I've never used a great deal of sriracha. But when I tried this one, I found it to be superior condiment with many uses! I use it on egg based breakfast bowls, breakfast burritos, and my favorite use - inside homemade enchiladas. I also will add a little to sushi. I enjoy it with chicken wings. I usually put some on fried rice as well. And I can continue to find additional uses. It is such a versatile product. I have tried a few of your products, but this is the one that stood out for me personally. That said, I found the others to be delicious and of high quality! I would recommend trying any of them and find your favorite.
A Major Problem...

Not always successful.Love the consistency, thicker than most hot sauces & more complex flavor too. I've always loved the warm citrusy flavor of habanero, and the additional ingredients absolutely compliment it without dulling that perfect heat level.I've pretty much put it on everything I've eaten since I got it. May be a little overwhelming on more delicate foods, but then again I may just be using too much at a time. A little really does go a long way!Plus, it's inspired me to cook more and try new recipes --- always a good thing. Can't recommend this sauce enough. Absolute slam dunk, folks!

This hot sauce isn't just spicy, it is also incredibly tasty. It is so incredibly tasty that I got a bit addicted. It started with one bottle, then I bought another, soon I was buying a bottle a month, then a week, and now I buy it by the gallon. Is this my own personal defect? Maybe. But does this also speak to how insanely tasty this hot sauce is? Undoubtedly! Definitely try this, buy this, and slather this on everything. Just don't say I didn't warn you that your pantry might become a shrine to yellowbird.

It won't be long before we go through your sauce. When we go out to eat I bring your sauce with me cause the sauces most places got suck to be honest and doesn't pack any heat in it. I'm definitely a fan and I tell others about your sauce.

This sriracha is excellent on anything keto: western omelets, burgers, steak stir fry, roast chicken. It’s genius that YB includes two but also it’s a social dilemma: give one to a friend or use em both? Either way, the ‘bird is the best and I ain’t goin anywhere else for sriracha.
Makes shelf-stable chicken in water better!
Make your Chicken of the Sea sing like a mermaid siren, luring you to the rocky depths! Tired of eating bland, shelf-stable chicken, tuna, or salmon on your crackers? This hot sauce is minimally hot (won’t burn on the way in OR out) and maximumly flavorful. I first found this in a trading post at Philmont and was excited to see it in my REI when I got back. I usually take two or the flavors to have a little variety and to give everyone something to debate (ie which flavor is the best) on long hikes out of cellphone range. Be sure to keep it in a ziplock, the twist top is a little risky.
Absolutely amazing
This it’s by far the absolute best hot sauce I have ever had!! It is the PERFECT mix a spicy and a little sweet, I literally put this hot sauce on everything I eat and sometimes as it to my alcoholic drinks for a little kick!! I highly recommend purchasing a bottle for yourself!!!
