Excellent for mod to hard ice and mixed routes
The swing and ergonomics of this tool are hard to beat, it has become my go-to for almost everything, but I don't climb below WI3 very often. For lower angle routes, the Nomic performs better, but the Ergonomic handle/grip feels much better in hand to me and it's easier to rest on with steeper routes, allowing for a more relaxed grip with the steeper geometry. The modularity is also excellent and allows for a multitude of settings depending on preference. With the Pur'ice picks, it climbs ice beautifully, this is my favorite setup.
