Design Problem

The inside of the heel on the upper has a hard seam that created blisters on the first walk. Have not had a blister since I stopped breaking in hard leather shoes 4 decades ago. A replacement brand has a soft heel. The insulation in the front of the shoe was too bulky for my taste. Wasted my money on this one.

No, I do not recommend this product
