I actually bought this vest along with the Patagonia down sweater vest and the REI 850 down vest to compare each one to the others. I ended up keeping the micropuff due to its versatility to be casual or athletic wear as well as its features of wind/water resistance and without needing to worry about the synthetic down feathers getting wet and not keeping me warm during light rain. I gave it 4 stars because the cut of the arm holes is narrower than the other two vests, the shoulders are a bit awkwardly puffy, it didn’t seem as warm as the Patagonia down sweater vest and the price. I haven’t worn it running, hiking, or biking yet so maybe my review will change. Im 5‘2, about 107 lbs, and ordered the XS and it fits nicely with room to spare for a light jacket under the vest
