Have only ever had the "lemons & limes" flavor. Use this mostly for bike rides. I like that it comes in a large bag which we just throw in the car and fill up bike bottles before a ride (more sustainable than individual packets). It is not super strong flavor and also not too sweet, and no fizz - just a little something extra to enhance water without being too much and no funky aftertaste or artificial sweetener taste. Comes with a scoop for easy measuring. I tend to not like artificial berry flavor so have not tried fruit punch but am curious. For comparison of my "taste" - my other favorite hydration powders/tabs are Nuun Sport tablets in watermelon & grapefruit (and other citrus flavors) and good ol' red Gatorade powder (diluted to half strength).
Preparing for my first gravel race of the season, the Landrun100, has me doing multiple 5 hour endurance rides per week. Before I found about Skratch, I always had trouble finding something to drink that had the right amount of sweet and salty. Skratch products not only taste great, but have helped me continue to ride strong even into the 5th hour of these long rides without cramps, dry mouth or the infamous BONK.
One horrific bike ride when I failed to drink enough taught me a bitter lesson about hydration. Heat stress begins at 70 degrees and even in cold weather you need to hydrate. I have been using this product for years. Skratch is neither sticky, overly sweet, nor laden with unnecessary additives. This product is a tasty replacement for sweat. Muscle cramps are up there with burns and heart attacks as the most intense pains humans can experience. I don't think this product will prevent heart attacks or burns but I haven't had a single cramp since I've used it on every ride and hike.
This is the third flavor of Skratch Labs hydration drink mix that I've tried and they have all delivered as promised. The latest flavor is Strawberry and it has tiny bits of strawberry in the mix. When drinking the mix from a wide-mouth bottle they are not a problem but in my bicycling bottles, with their tiny spouts, the pieces can't pass through and collect at the bottom of the bottle. However, they don't restrict the flow of liquid so it's not a big problem. Other than that minor quibble, I'm very happy with the product.
Great hydration option for longer bike rides. Larger package is more economical and probably less waste. Have to say though that the bag is terrible. It's meant to be resealable, but it doesn't reseal. Has to be kept upright once opened or it will spill.

unfortunately, Skratch labs has turned into the darling of the hydration mix industry. Skratch's nutritional profile is a joke, drinking standard gatorade would give you the same level of "hydration" Throwing a bunch of salt and sugar into a mix and calling it hydrating is not providing anything more than just that. Even Propel has far more vitamins and electrolytes in it. If you're really serious about consuming real vitamins in a drink that will actually fuel you look elsewhere.
By far my favorite sports drink. Simple sugars for fuel and no stomach upsetting long chain carbs. Natural flavorings that really do taste natural and effectively masks the taste of electrolytes. Yes it's rather expensive but it's a great product.
the taste is not like a Gatorade or a power aid it is much better. the flavor is more mellow but not underpowered. the flavor is more natural than artificial or candy like. The drink feels well balance and easy on the stomach. I will buy again
Skratch has some of the best sport nutrition offerings out there and the electrolyte mix has been their flagship. All the flavors are great and use real fruit flavoring. Couple scoops in a 750mL water bottle and you are good to go!
