The Bomb

I’m a huge 686 fan so this review is a no brainer. Awesome sightly baggy/loose fit. Love all the pockets. I bought the rust color too.

Great pants. Keep me dry on the slopes, comfortable, and fit great.

Very oddly sized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 5’10 and 200lbs. I will usually get pants in medium or large (32x30 in jeans). After reading the reviews on these, I was surprised to see people saying that I should order a small. I haven’t worn a size small in anything in years. Sure enough, I got a small and they mostly fit. They fit in the waste but were a bit snug in the thighs. It felt like I could rip them if I squat down too deep. The length and lower legs were great. The fit made me believe that a medium would assuredly be too big. The pants are great. The sizing is just weird.

Cool Style, Fit as Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 5'11" about 200 pounds. Stocky shoulders and legs. These pants fiy very comfortably, especially with crash pants on underneath for my size. A belt is needed for comfort as they are just barely not too big on my waist, but most Large gear has been tight and not given me room to move. Baggy without snowboard boots on, so I just cuff them once with regular shoes while not riding. Great pants, durable and stylish!

Simple and ideal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pants! Pretty warm, and a nice fit. I'm not a fan of the super baggy style, and these are great, a bit tighter in thighs, but with plenty of room to move and lots of space in the lower leg for boots. Zip pockets are great and the leg liners that tuck in to your boots are awesome. Sizing feels accurate, I wear 32x30 pants and the Medium for these fits great (a tad long, but perfect with boots on).

Good but watch sizing.

Large had a longer inseam than size chart. Back pockets not useable as they are almost impossible to get Velcro closures open. Have only worn once, but so far warm enough with just long John’s underneath. I had to put metal bike hoops (used to keep pant legs out of chain) on ends of pant legs so I could walk without having pant drag in mud of parking lot.

686 size small shell pants.

686 size small shell pants. I love these pants, I'm 5'11 and have a size 30-31 waist so I ordered the size small. I still had to use a belt but overall they fit well. They are more on the baggy side. These pants kept my phone dry and I love how easy it is to grab things out of the zippers. Definitely use a base layer with these pants though. Solid overall

The only problem that I

The only problem that I have is that I’m 5’7” tall but I’m a big boy also so I have to buy xl sizes but the pants are way too long I had to send them out to get altered it would be nice if you guys can make the same sizes but shorter for people like me other than that they’re amazing I just wish you guys had an option for shorter people

These are the best value

These are the best value on the market for snow pants. The quality is great and has all the features you need to stay dry and comfortable on the slopes. I am 5'10", 200 lbs athletic build and ordered the large. The pants are a tad long when not wearing my snowboard boots and a belt keeps them snug on my waist.
