Not for backpacking, but a good product.

I've really enjoyed the rain fly for my hammock, but find it's size to be cumbersome both in packing and use. The huge surface area of the fly make it extremely vulnerable to even low wind speeds, which is made worse by the fact that the product only comes with four of the eight stakes needed to set it up. This is for sure not a product for the backcountry. That being said, I still have used the product while car camping and on short trips that I didn't really expect bad weather. If you aren't looking to fully abandon your tent yet, this might be a good product for you.

Awesome Tarp

This tarp kept me protected as I had to hunker down in the mountains for 2 days to wait out a storm. It endured high winds of 30mph, pounding heavy rain, sleet, and snow. I really can’t believe how well it held up. It is light and easy to pack . I won’t go in the backcountry without it from now on.

Just what you need

Stakes missing but the tarp itself is flawless. It’s actually second one.

Nice tarp, has limits

Used for 2 nights as basecamp in the lower saddle of the Grand Tetons, very easy to setup and adjust guy lines. Unfortunately on the second night one of the corners ripped when the wind picked up, will be returning and swapping out for the Kammok Kuhli Pro Shelter in hopes that the pro holds up in alpine conditions.

Easy shelter

I wanted a "tarp" that would be easy for me to put up by myself. I am VERY happy with the Kuhli Shelter. It's so lightweight and intuitive for putting up. I'm happy!

Excellent shelter

Used for seven days in Ontario, tried hammock camping for the first time. This is an excellent shelter, zero leaks, easy to set up and tear down. Highly recommend!

Great shelter/tarp for hammocking

I've been using this shelter/tarp with my hammock setup for a little over a year. It's been fantastic. I love the built-in pockets for the guy wire and the ridgeline length of 12 feet provides great coverage over my hammock. Such a versatile shelter/tarp you can pitch in many different configurations. My favorite is "porch mode."

I love it!!!

I love this! It is light to carry and quick to set up, and helps me retain heat and stay dry in my minimal tent during the shoulder seasons. And I love the sunny color!!!
