I'm sure it's good, but there is a better option
This really isn't a review of the griddle but to suggest that Lodge makes a better one, at least for my application. I bought a double burner stove and this griddle to use with it. This griddle is 16" long and after placing it on the stove it was apparent that the size is too small for a group of 4 (effectively). The Lodge Pro-Grid is 20" x 10.5 and will fit a double burner stove perfectly.

Great product, bad price
I own one and it is perfect for easy cooking on most camp stoves. As other reviews say, you can get this at half the price literally anywhere else. Lodge is an extremely common brand, and I have never seen this item listed at more than $30.

Great for car camping

We bought two of these for car camping. I love cooking over the fire, and my wife appreciates some time away from the stove, so we both enjoy using them. We bought a steel grate that goes over the fire and holds the griddles (and the Lodge Dutch oven combo for deeper dish meals), and have used them to cook everything from brats to burgers to pancakes. Our iron cookware is our favorite camping investment!

Made for a Smaller Stove

REI sells a lot of two brands of camp stove. One is green, the other red. We used to use the green ones, but we've been using the red ones for about fifteen years now. This Lodge product is a very nice griddle, but it is small for the red stoves. End to end, it does not span the burners. Flames rise 'round the sides. At home, on the range it is the same story. Not long enough to span two burners. Lodge make griddles in three other sizes - two would fit the red stove better, one would fit half of it better. Unfortunately, REI is not selling these (yet). We'll have to return the undersized grill to REI, unfortunately no longer vegan.

Great little griddle.

Easily fits atop 2-burner Coleman propane camp stove. Does not warp from heat.

Game changer!

Amazing product! It’s a game changer for anyone who enjoys “luxury” camping with a vehicule. Totally worth the space it takes in the car and extra weight. The reversible flat/griddle sides will allow you to cook restaurant quality meals on the go from vegetables to eggs, burger patties and big steakes. No need to carry a cast iron pan or BBQ anymore.

worked perfectly

Great griddle, just a little hard to clean between the sear side. Requires extra cleaning tool to go for the gold!

Fantastic!

Love it! Fits perfectly on a full size Coleman stove. Great for cooking steak or pancakes. Very versatile and well made. I wish that it came with a case - I made a box to keep mine in.

Grill on your stovetop!

A perfect fit over our oblong gas stovetop burner. Cooks fish and chicken just as well as an outdoor grill, saving us the cost (and mess) of an outdoor grill!

Works well

I have a built-in 36” outdoor gas grill, which has worked well over the years. But, with it comes the typical flare ups from grease (hamburgers) dripping right into the fire. This griddle works perfectly to keep the burgers sizzling in their own grease to stay juicer and reduces flare ups. Does exactly what I had hoped for.
