One More for the 'Road'...
So, absolutely love this 'flannel': I got the dark garnet, the colours are deep and rich burgundy and charcoal, much betting looking in person. The fit (I got a XL) is T.T.S., but almost a bit close at hips and bust; definitely not oversized. The material weight in a nice winter-weight, but I have to say that this is not really a "shirt jacket". I have a Smartwool "Anchor line" wool shirt, which is substantially heavier than this (a great product I recommend trying if your looking for a truly heavy and super warm shirt jacket!). Still, it's always good to have a variety of 'flannel' weights for the varying weather conditions. The snaps are easy. The length is perfect. Very flattering on, doesn't look like you barrowed your man's shirt. A bit itchy (wool), but not a deal-breaker. Also hoping for more colours...a deep plum, maybe...hint hint. Highly recommended!
A Real Flannel for Women
I really like how this is a solid flannel shirt. It's great to wear over a t-shirt but warm enough that it works as a shirt jacket too. It's very sturdy and holds up for outdoor activities & weather but cozy enough to wear casually too. I'd like to have it in several colors!

Love this wool plaid shirt. The snaps make it very easy to button/unbutton. It’s not too heavy, but heavier than the basic flannel shirt.
So Useful
I am enjoying wearing this shirt daily here in Southern California. It is perfect for taking the chill off the mornings and the evenings. Yes, it does soften up to a lovely feel. I think the sale price was more fair than the full price.

Well-built Shirt, Just Wish the Fit was Better
I love the construction but the fit was a bit poufier than I was hoping for. In the photos it looks more tailored for a woman’s body. Wearing it, it looks like I’m wearing a man’s shirt. This is fine, just not what I was expecting.
Perfect for backpacking, canoeing, campfire
I received this wool shirt for my birthday and I recently took it with me on a 6 night canoe trip. It was perfect to wear around the campfire and not worry about the sparks. I wore it every day from wake up to bedtime. It was perfect for cool temperatures, while paddling the canoe and even during rain showers it kept me dry. A 'must' item to bring on my next outdoor trip and will look into getting for other members of the family. It is a bit itchy (wore a long sleeve top underneath on this trip due to the cool temperatures) but am told that after a few washes it will soften up.
