has the most beautiful sound
I've had a few other bike bells over the years, I tried a couple others in the store, but this one had the most beautiful sound. I want to give it one clear ring every time I bike past my local buddhist center.

Lousy.
Pretty disappointed. This does have a nice ring, but short of that it is a rather mediocre bell. Was unable to get it positioned in a way that actually was convenient to "ding" the bell. Also, spring on bell only worked if giving it a full pull back--so if you give it an "almost" full pull back, it won't ding at all. Overall, not worth the money. Returning and investing in another product.

Well built bell.

I live in an area where there are a lot of tourists. This bell is perfect. It has a pleasant tone, it rings out for a long time and its not overly loud where it will startle anyone. It is built real well and it has a solid mounting system. Very happy with it.

oddly bad bell

bell would only ring if it was twisted at exactly the right spot. If I bumped it with my thumb and it twisted even an iota it would no longer ring and just click. Tried all kinds of tightening and loosening with no luck

Great warning bell for bike

I have had this bell for a few years and still works well. My bike is stored in a shed but the bell still looks new and remains tight and sounds good.

Really nice, crisp sound

I've used this for a few weeks now, and I'm really happy with it. It's nice and loud, and the thumb trigger is nice and large. Only downside is that it didn't seem to work very well in the rain, but overall it's great.

Nice sound

Good loud bell with solid materials. Placement on handlebars took a few tries. Tried finger and thumb activation. Could be a little more ergonomic but it works.

Good loud ring to it

It's got a good loud ring to it, east to install on the handle.

Makes riding safer

This bell is built solidly of good grade metals, is easy to install, and has a readily audible brass ring. Looks like it will last forever. Other riders and pedestrians act like they hear it without overreacting.

Soft and poorly designed

The ring isn't quite as loud as I'd want, especially for a city. The spring mechanism gets bent out of shape pretty easily which necessitates constant adjustment. I wouldn't recommend this at all.
