Love them!

I bought these several months ago. Had went to the store planning to get a different set but ended up liking these more. We take them camping, and to get more value out of them, I also take mine to eat my lunch at work (also more environmentally-friendly than using and tossing plasticware everyday). I've gotten numerous compliments on them from coworkers. The only thing is that the string to tie them together with is a teensy bit annoying to use as an everyday thing, but I got one of those little metal rings that clip together and use that instead. Perfect.

Happy with my purchase

I didn’t use them on my 2 week camping trip ( urned through the collection of disposables I’d acquired from meals out), but I went back/forth between this set and a couple of others to keep in my camping supplies. I went with this one because the knife is actually a little serrated and because they are solid and I know they’re not going to break. There were lighter options, but I only car camp, and like the overall feel of them better than the others I considered.

The set seems great so far

I purchased this set for a different purpose than perhaps intended...to use at work. I wanted the stainless design specifically for the knife edge longevity as I was concerned lighter weight plastic oriented components may wear too quickly. Needless to say, this will also be used during any camping or motorcycle travels in the future as the material looks to be good and it is still a very light item to pack (for my purposes).

A solid choice even if not the lightest option.

I received this as a gift and I really like the fork and the spoon in the set. The knife seems good too but I have a folding serrated knife that I like to use for food prep. Having an open serrated knife loose in my food prep kit isn't ideal. These are fairly light, and having good utensils to eat with is good for my morale. I used the spoon for eating and food prep and the handle didn't get too hot to use. I love a piece of gear that does double duty. I like that the tines on the fork are narrower than some others on the market and feel more like my utensils at home. Overall happy with this set.

When a spork just wont do

I camp more often than I hike but wanted a cutlery set that would be light yet sturdy enough to work for either. I'm also a little hard on my gear so I wanted to go with stainless steel instead of titanium. This GSI set checked all of the boxes. The utensils are light but not too small and they feel sturdy when you hold them. And the bowl on the spoon is surprisingly larger than expected. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Simple set of utensils

I bought these to take to work for lunch so I would not have to use plastic utensils everyday. This set has worked great and is nice a light in a lunch box. Fork is a little flat, but still works for its purpose. Knife is sharp enough to cut pretty much anything I would have for lunch. Great set that I will use for camping when needed too.

great cutlery find

We bought several sets of the 3 piece stainless cutlery for our camping gear and have had the pleasure of using them on several trips thus far! They have a great weight while not being "heavy" for our packs & serve their purpose well!

We love these!

These are very close to regular utensils. We especially like the holes in the handles. We use a carabiner so they all stay together and don’t get lost. We like them so much that we’ve bought some for the whole family.

They're shiny, they're stainless, and they're good

They've been pretty good so far, been using them at home just to get the feel for them. They're quite sharp too, especially the knife. Not the ideal knife when you're cutting a nice, thick ribeye while camping but hey, it gets the job done. Did I mention they're shiny??
