  • High-volume insoles take up extra volume in footwear, making them ideal for loose-fitting shoes or narrow feet
  • Full-length closed-cell foam provides cushioning, while 3/4-length polypropylene heel caps stabilize feet inside boots
  • Deep heel pockets, rockered bottoms and strategically placed cut-outs allow for natural shock absorption
  • Superfeet recommends this green style for use in footwear with removable insoles; also recommended for Gore-Tex® footwear

Sizing notes

Select the letter that matches your shoe size range. Letters on all Superfeet products represent heel cup width. For Superfeet insoles to work properly, your heels must be "in" the heel cup entirely, not "on" the heel cup on either side of foot. Stand on a pair of Superfeet in the letter that corresponds closest to your shoe size making sure your heel fits nice and snug "in" the heel cup. If that heel cup is too small, select the next letter size up. After you find your perfect heel-cup fit, simply trim the excess foam (using the sock liner from any of your shoes as a guide) and insert the new trimmed insoles into your shoes (removing the sock liners first).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helped my plantar fasciitis I was suffering badly with plantar fasciitis, and took a chance that these might help. I bought the green wide about 9 years ago. They took a week or so to get used to, and since them, I NEVER go without them. It took a while after I started wearing them for the problem to start to subside, but I no longer have problems with my feet. I would say it took about a year for the plantar fasciitis to totally resolve. Anything that involves tendons takes forever to heal. BTW, stretching your hamstrings helps as well. I love Superfeet. As I said, I never go without them. I even buy them for my children.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I'm using a pair of Superfeet Wide Green insoles for my New Balance #928 (4E width) walking shoes, and mostly, they seem to be fairly comfortable, but what is irritating is the area of the stabilizer cap that fans out (section that is cut with 4 slots), causing pain in the outer part of the foot. I cut the fanned out portion which makes the insole more comfortable. The stabilizer cap is too long and I feel the ridge near the ball of the toes. I also wish that the arch support section was a bit higher, as I have a high instep. If the stabilizer cap was even made full length, it might even be more comfortable. Finding a really good insole is very difficult, and custom orthotics are far too expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Green widewidth I use green superfeet in all my shoes and boots and dressshoes as this was instructions from my Physical Therapist. My arches fell. I decided to try the wide green to see if I could tell a difference and they are awesome like the regular green ones. Just make sure your shoe is wide width as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Suport My boss gave me a pair of Superfeet wideGreen after the company hike. I used them when I walk my dog (five miles a day), and when I go to work. They work GREAT, and I can not thank my boss for giving them to me to try. When I sell a pair of shoes or boots I can tell the customers that I am wearing them now, and they feel GREAT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from worked perfectly I was having pain in the outside of my feet. Looking it up I found it's called peroneal tendonitis. I bought the green based on what others said and it's worked excellent to get rid of the pain. Thank you super feet !

Just ordered a pair of Moab Ventilator Mid (10 Wide) which have a 4.5mm removable footbed. Are these the insole best (size-wise) for those boots?

Asked by: MPando
These insoles are a great option for your boots. We suggest ordering size "E" which fits US men's size 9.5 – 11.

Hello. I'm trying to determine which Superfeet to buy. I have a wide foot and I enjoy sports like hiking, walking and bicycling. Also, on your chart it shows I'm either a men's 9 or women's 10-1/2 so I could either be a D or an E.

Asked by: Carolyn
These insoles are designed for a wide foot with a very high arch. If you have a lower arch, the Blue Premium Insoles are a better choice. If the insoles that you receive are too long they can be trimmed to fit.

I wear a women's 8 -8.5 wide in hiking boots and trail runners which are two different sizes in these. Should I size up or down since I'm in between the two sizes?

Asked by: Jenn Lee
We recommend ordering a size up and trimming the excess foam.
