Drawstring issues
I didn't think it was possible for a chalk bag to fall below my low expectations, but this one somehow did. It works fine as a chalk bag, assuming you can open and close it properly, which was my issue. The drawstring enters into the chalk bag at a circular metal grommet (likely designed to prevent the cord damaging the fabric). The problem was the grommet came loose from the fabric within the first few times of using the bag so in addition to loosening the drawstring, I had to slide this small metal grommet along with it to open the bag. The grommet fits the cord very tightly though, so it's a real pain to open the drawstring and then drag the grommet painstakingly over the cord every time I want to open or close the bag. No thanks.

Great chalk bag for the price
I bought this chalk bag because it was cheap, and it actually works very well. The only gripe I have with this bag was the belt that came with it. I have heard people complain about the string coming out really easily and have had no problems with it, even tugging on it a little hard
Solid Chalk Bag
It’s a solid chalk bag; minimalistic, though if you’re looking for something to clip around your waste that doesn’t have any bells or whistles, this will get the job done. Outer material feels solid, the clips feel a bit delicate but so far have held up.
