White Lightning  Clean Streak Degreaser - 14 fl. oz.

Here’s the real story. I bought the chain degreaser so I could continue to keep the drivetrain of my road bike clean after the bike repair shop replaced my sagging old chain & toothless front chainring. They are really nice, motivated people & did an excellent job keeping my 14 year old bike in great running shape. I’ve used them before & have always been given 5-star treatment. The team at Fairfax are pros. & the turn around time was fast, also. Win-Win!

You can clean your bike anywhere with this without bothering if it will damage the bike or cause rusting, it does not. I do not have access to water hose, as I am living in an apartment, and could get bike cleaned of dry mud and grease after riding through a muddy trail right after rains.

I have used a few degreasers before and this one is my favorite, mostly because it can be used "dry." So if I don't want to do a full bike wash (which let's be real, is most of the time), I can just spray this, use brush and/or rag to wipe down the drivetrain, lube, and you're off.

But its terrible for the environment. Gets the stuff in the hardest to reach areas, and the little red straw is great for blowing things away. Also helpful hint: use a used old toothbrush to get grime in hard to reach areas as well. If it can't cover that, then use this stuff.

I purchased this degreaser on the advice of a REI store member. I was extremely impressed by how efficient the degreaser was at removing both grease and grime from the road...made my bike look brand new. Although it says you do not need to rinse after use, I found it left some residue on my bike, especially on the gear cassettes.

I bought this degreaser to clean my cassette and chain. They were way overdue on a cleaning. I ended up using almost the entire bottle, which I was surprised I would do. The product doesn't go a long way, but it definitely does the job. The fact that it is compressed makes precision cleaning easier, too.

I honestly think this stuff could get the caked on grime off your car's undercarriage. It does not mess around. One spray on a drive chain that's covered in gunk and it just falls off clean. It's impressive.

Quick and easy. I use the straw to have better aim of the degreaser onto the chain and gears then gently wipe with towel or napkin. I would recommend getting a brush to get the stubborn grime off.

I bought a can of this yesterday to clean my chain and rear cassette. All you have to do is spray and the grease and grin melt off to the floor. Great product, leaves things shining like new.

Great at cutting through grease but does leave a little bit of a haze behind.
