A Lightweight Hot Hug
Do you like to sleep the window open when there's a crossbreeze running through your house and it 50 degrees out? Well I do and this klymit blanket keeps me toasty all through the night. I have also used this blanket in around 35 degree weather in a non-insulated cabin with thick-ish sheets and slept on the lower-end of " I like it chilly when I sleep" almost going into the 'too cold zone'. I love how warm this blanket keeps me and I love sharing it with other folks. Cons: Too short needs another foot of length to be perfect, lacking elastic loops for wearing it hands free like superman

Not a quilt
Ordered this to use over spring into early fall with my toddler. It seems it will work perfectly into the summer but I’m skeptical of its cold weather performance. The only reason this is a 4 star is due to wanting a larger size option as we will be on a double with my spouse as well. It is just as described though - it is a blanket in the truest sense. If you are looking to get the snaps and straps, what have you, you will need to pursue a quilt instead. I will still use this I am sure. It just gives me an excuse to add to my ever growing gear collection again is all haha. I will say I do like that it packs down well, and the compression sack it comes in is very nice. Perfect for the solo good weather backpacking trips, I’m sure. If you are a parent looking for something to use with your kiddo and spouse, pursue the two person quilts instead
Very warm but a little short
a warm and lightweight quilt. took on a backpacking trip and wish it had straps on the edges to be able to tie around myself. is also shorter than I expected and my feet were poking out the end throughout the night if I stretched out, might be okay if you sleep in a ball. Probably better for car camping and as a lap quilt in front of the fire
Not tested in wind. Otherwise great.
lightweight, packs easily, warm. Unfortunately, I have not been able to test it in high winds. So I do not know how it performs in windy situations. Therefore I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I do not want to mislead anyone. If it cuts the wind it is definitely a 5 star product. However, I believe that it will be great in the wind.
The piece you didn't know you needed
I kept hearing about "camp blankets" so I decided to jump into the game. took it out on a quick overnight and those day naps have never been so cozy. I mean who doesn't love the feel of that cool sleeping bag material. Perfect size for me and lightweight. Thinking it could replace my summer bag but will have to wait and see.
Love it! Got two of them for my 7 and 8 yr olds. The blankets pack light, and are great for late spring through early fall as their only cover at night. I read some reviews that said these blankets were good for 40 degree weather, but that wasn't the case for us. I will only use them for 50 degree and above with our dudes.
Happy I decided to get it
This Quilt I've been eye balling for a bit. The material is super soft you could hug it all day and night. packs down to a good size with the included stuff sack and is super light weight. Can't wait to get it on the trail or a late night baseball game. Thank you KLYMIT for so much warmth and good sleep.
A durable, lightweight blanket
We bought this blanket for our dog to use as a sleeping bag when backpacking. He certainly approves and it kept him warm near freezing temperatures. It is a good blanket for human use too and packs up small enought ot have around for emergency use (like in a car).
