Meets my needs!
I purchased this bag for a white water rafting trip to help protect my camera gear from getting wet. This dry bag meets my needs completely. It takes up no space when empty an holds a reasonable amount of gear when full and the top is rolled shut. The bag weighs is very lightweight, but appears to be well made. I really like it has a shoulder strap attached so it is easy to carry and you can step through it with on leg to keep ahold of your stuff while your hands and attention need to be elsewhere. The bright color also makes it easy to find amongst other bags.
