Great Design!

Ocean Blue Form Rope is GREAT! I like the feel. I like the comfort and build. My only gripe is that the color is only available in standard size. I wanted smallest one, but settled for the size the color came in.

Great product

I purchased this recently to replace a leather strap that I was using that added to much friction when sliding it across my chest. The Form Rope glides and the Anchor attachments are superior. Great product.

All form, little function.

Looks cool BUT: The rope is actually quite rigid and gets awkward when you wind it up around your wrist. Also due to the rigidity of this round rope, it gets quite uncomfortable after a short period of time (not using a huge dslr even, but kind of a heavy brass Leica m). Also, because the rope is round and pretty rigid, if you use this as a shoulder strap, it does not feel secure and will inevitably roll off your shoulder. Finally the metal ring on the rope is useless and will absolutely scratch up your camera. I had to use bolt cutters to take off this stupid feature.

Great strap

I bought this for my Fujifim X-E5, and it's perfect. Much lighter and less fuss than the Sling I use for my Nikon bodies, this type of strap is ideal for the smaller form factor of that camera. I chose the length with my preferred "carry - mode" in mind which is in front of body around the neck. I am 6' tall, and for cross-body, I would have chosen a longer version of this strap, but I rarely carry a camera that way. Nice touch are the color coordinated anchors, although I would have bought it with the standard issue black/red as well... LOL

I’m a little disappointed with the newly designed Peak Design Anchor Links. I’ve been using the Anchor Link system for years now. From a functionality and versatility standpoint, it’s just perfect. I even make my own straps with the anchor links. So, I was excited to see the new rope straps in nice colors with a thinner rope—I really like the product. The only issue is the new anchor links. My impression is that they’re really fiddly to release. That was exactly what I loved about the old version.

Love the Kelp Standard Form Rope

Excellence and comfort! Bought this as an alternative to my PD Leash strap for a smaller fixed lens camera. Love that strap too but this one adds a nice soft rope design and redesigned colour-coordinated slim anchors. The standard size was the perfect length for me (6ft) to wear around the neck when taking pictures and for use as a side sling when walking or in transit. Once again, top quality from PeakDesign!!

Going hands-free

I was looking for a hands-free way to carry my phone around when I don't have a pocket. The attachment is magnetic, very secure, but somewhat hard to detach as a result. It does mean your phone is facing down, so if you have the attached wallet, your cards are in some danger of slipping out unless you reverse them. But the cord is sturdy and adjusts well. It's a solid solution when you want to go hands-free.

So versatile!

I got the display model from the shop in San Francisco as it was the last one left in stock. The new clip design is much smaller and sleeker. It is genuinely such an easy system to get a strap on and off my Fuji. Depending on how much I’m shooting that day it transforms between being a point shoot and a more dedicated camera in an instant. I can’t imagine using the camera without it now
