Plastic lenses wear out

I bought a pair of these glasses a few years ago. The "finish" on the outside of the plastic lenses wore off while riding around in a cloth pocket (granted, it wasn't the super soft sunglass pouch that came with it). I wouldn't buy this brand again. I miss the old scratch and rub resistant lenses. What is the price point these days for a decent pair of sunglasses????
