This box is awesome
I've got about 60 nights using it now between weekend trips and one longer one. We did a big 6,000 mile roadtrip on the Alaska Highway and used it 2-3 times a day for 6 weeks. It worked really well to keep the back of the truck from turning into a pit of chaos. It is so nice to have a dedicated slot for everything you cook with. I tend to set it up on the end of the picnic table bench next to my 2-burner stove. The lid goes on the table behind the stove and serves as a place to deposit ingredients, finished food, and dirty dishes. I usually put the box back in the truck or in the bearproof locker at night, but I've left it out in the rain and it's fine. Things I added: P-38 can opener, cheese grater, microfiber towel x2, steel salad bowl, roll of paper towels, paring knife, salt & pepper, long handle dish brush, steel pancake flipper. I also added 4 more plates, knives, spoons, forks to support a larger group. I removed two of the bowls and switched out a couple of the cups for coffee mugs. It all still fits inside just fine. The stainless steel pot and pan are good. Both were upgrades for me. I still prefer a griddle for doing breakfast just because I can cook more faster, and the griddle can prevent hot spots better. Notes: Don't use the forks and spoons in the pans. Obvious but I melted a couple through laziness. The included serving spoon and spatula are ok for cooking, just not the eating utensils.
