Last season my wife switched to BOA and I have ysed Salomon ski boots for years and was ready for a new pair and I knew Salomon would fit my foot volume. Watching my wife with her BOA system convinced me that BOA was the way to go for a better custom fit. I have the boots on right now but still a few month to ski season. I found a great YouTube video to show me how to put these boots on. As a lifelong buckle user and with the two BOA system it was not obvious to unhook the top cable - you can't get your foot in otherwise. Once I figured that out it was so easy - good design Salomon. I took one star off my review because it could come with better instructions and it was missing one of the Light 2 Footbeds. In one boot but not the other?? No where in the box. My former boots are the Salomon X3-120 and the SPro 120 (4 buckle), so I know the shell and flex are right for me.
