Aventura  Arden Woven Organic Cotton Skort

I usually wear either an 8 or 10. At first I got an 8, as some said this item ran big (I purchased Urban Chic). I found it was a tad tight, not much, but I prefer summer clothing to provide room, or feels hot quickly. I exchanged for a 10. I like that the shorts are cotton, not that tight nylon or polyester feel that skorts sometimes have. Only down side, I may need to iron the edges. The bottom edge curled slightly when washed. But overall, still a five star product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable and I like the cotton. Underneath tights are too thick for an undergarment. One detail that is bothersome, is the sewing. The hem start- end point is directly in the front of the skirt. This is a “Sewing 101” no - no!!! You are taught to always do this in a conspicuous spot, like inside leg seam or back of garment but never, never in the dead-center, front of garment!!! Hopefully, this is just a glitch from a poorly trained seamstress…

I love the look and fit of this skort. Perfect for warm weather of Hawaii where I live. I wear it for work, and play. Great length for work not too short. I love all the pockets! Shorts fit great do not ride up. My only complaint is the color is a grey green, online it looked more grey. It is hard to find other colors to go with it. That being said I am going to get the white one as it should go with everything. 5’8”, 160 size 12

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the style, material, and length of this skirt. I am 5'7" and 132 lbs and ordered a 6. The length was not near as short as you see in some of the pictures, so I always go up one size to see if I get it a bit longer since I am 63 and want a bit more coverage. The material is thick enough that you don't have to worry about see through, and the style can be dressed up or down. Love it!

I LOVE this skort! It's quality is outstanding and it;s incredibly comfortable. On average, I'm a size 8, which is the size I ordered... I could have probably gone down a size because there's a good amount of stretch to this skort, but the size 8 I ordered fits well (maybe just a tad on the big side). I'm so glad I made this purchase; if I had the money, I'd buy one in every color!

For the most part it was a positive experience until I took the skort out of the plastic bag only to find the zipper was off track. Luckily I was able to fix the issue. Quality control should have noticed the zipper issue. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I now have 2 Arden skorts. If it's still organic fabric perhaps I'll buy another in insignia blue.

The ONLY reason why I gave this skort 4 stars is because it's a bit too short for my 52 yr old not-so-perfect legs. Otherwise, it is a fabulous skort - so comfortable, stylish and love the back pockets. Please - make this same skort in a longer length for those gals that need a little more coverage. I'd buy one in every color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 6 of these skorts. They are so comfortable to wear for many occasions. I enjoy hiking in them as they have the shorts underneath. They wash really well too. I found them a little large on the waist so I downsized and they fit perfect. Definitely recommend; nothing to be disappointed about.

I'm new into skorts and I really love this one for the quality of the material, the style, and the way it fits nice and flat around the tummy. I'm 6'1 and wish it were an inch or two longer for my long legs, or wish they had a tall version. Otherwise, a really cute skort!
