Columbia  Ampli-Dry II Shell Jacket - Women's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for the first time on a rainy hike this past weekend and was very happy with the way the water beaded and rolled off. I was not too warm, which has been an issue in the past. The hood is a good size and has a brim, which I really like. I can typically wear a size small but like to get rain jackets in medium so that I can layer under. For this reason, I'd say the jacket is true to size, though I still sized up. I only wish that it was a little bit longer but, as this was a warranty replacement for another raincoat, and it was on sale, I'm happy with the jacket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I decided to keep this jacket, I agree with another reviewer who mentioned the stiff collar area and the uneven pocket linings. Why only line one pocket? And it remains to be seen if I can deal with the collar (which is fabulous if zipped all the way up) when the jacket is only partially zipped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this jacket as a gift and love how small it is packaged so I can keep it in my truck. I go to a lot of rodeos with my granddaughter and sometimes it starts to rain, I always get so wet but now I'm ready and the next time it rains I am prepared!

I just need to mention how I highly recommend the Columbia jacket! It’s fully waterproof and kept me dry and comfortable while hiking through the jungles of Costa Rica.
