No, I do not recommend this product
Followed the instructions perfectly, back flushed, and took care of it. Still dribbles and is so slow it’s ineffective on the trail. Don’t waste your time, buy a sawyer. The only reason that it even gets a star is that the bags are really nice and the filter did work really well the first season.

Works, but dirty bag closure is moronic
Great filter, though I use it in backcountry that has relatively clear water (doesn't clog the filter). Main gripe is the closure system for "Dirty" bag. It's printed on the bag "Zip shut to secure. Invert to test. " This is the worst advice ever. I posit it is nearly impossible to zip this bag, invert it and have the water remain within. I use this bag canoeing, I paddle out to the middle of the lake for water and I have to strap the bag to my leg after filling and have the bag hang from my leg until I return to shore and then have to struggle to get out of the tippy solo canoe while keeping the bag from spilling. I don't understand why one would pretend that it is possible to zip this bag closed and have it hold the water within. I dare the engineer that developed this system and printed the instruction on said bag to fill it with water, zip it closed and invert it over his laptop.

Worked well but needs frequent backflushing
Bought this for a week long remote trip. Worked great but didn't realize it needs a small amount of water backflushed very frequently. Started to clog and run very slow after a 5-6 bags even though it was the cleanest source imaginable.

Super easy. Was a hit on our trip whwn others had pumps
This is the easiest and quickest water filtration system I've used. Four of us biked to Goldmyer Hotsprings for a few days and this kept all of our water bottles filled and cooking was a breeze with this easy system of using gravity.

Gravity Works 6.0L water filter system
I haven't got to put it to use yet but the days are ticking down! I did test it out and everything to properly function as it is supposed to. The backcountry of Montana will be the real test, Ha.
