Astral  Halestorm Boots

I feel really happy with my new halestorm shoes I never got this kind of shoes I am more like a low style like the loyak but after use the hale storm I fell confident to walk and trekk in my country Peru ! They are stylish and comfortable

My foot is difficult to fit. These are absolutely the best pair of shoes Ive ever owned. Quality, stylish, and super comfortable! Even other well-known outdoor brands make my feet hurt after wearing for a few hours. I can wear these for 8 plus and my feet feel amazing! I wear them on the trail, at work, dress them up with skirts and dresses! My feet wants nothing else but Astral! I cannot wait to add to my collection. I will never buy anything else if I can help it! I also never do reviews but I HIGHLY recommend this shoe! Suburb! Please never stop making this shoe. I will buy it for years to come. I did have to condition the back on my leg (blisters at first) but that is simply because Im not used to a high top shoe. It was well worth the bandaid. Love love love!!!!

I wanted a pair of winter and rainy weather boots. My nephew raves about HaleStorms and I completely trust his opinion so I contacted him for more info. The kind and generous soul that he is, he ordered me up a pair! I wear a 9 or 9.5 womens and the 8 mens worked best for my foot. I wondered if they would be stiff but they are every bit as comfortable to wear as my Hemp Loyaks. I can wear Astrals all day and not feel the need to kick them off at the first chance at the end of the day.

The first thing that really impressed me about this boot is that I did not need to break them in for a second. They fit perfectly comfortably from the moment I slipped them on and went for a hike. I’ve worn the crap out of them on trails, working in all sorts of environments from farms in the rainforest and desert to warehouses and even jump roping down the city streets. All of this constant activity and they’ve lasted me almost 4 years and finally this year they started sort of falling apart yet are still taking care of me on my several hikes per week. Impressively, the grip is still amazing even on these old worn out dogs! I’m finally about to order more and don’t see any reason to get any other boot style in the future. They’re also perfectly sexy and versatile! Best boot ever. Thank you Astral!

Thanks Astral for giving me what I was missing...I've loved working in Brewers in the summer, NOW I have Halestorms for the winter! Love the light weight, back pull loop and lugs. I put silicon spray on the hemp to keep 'em looking sharp! Ordered a little bigger 13M then my reg 12.5, and with a winter sock, fit great. How about 4 speed lace catches for the last two high ankle lace hole sets?

Even my teenagers tell me how cool i am w/ my new Halestorm's ... took them out on the French Broad fishing ...ookie weather ... perfect form squishing through mud and rinsing off before i get in the car...Been an Astral wearer for a long time and these are the best yet... the continual improvement and innovation makes me a big fan

Got these at the beginning of winter and used them as my main shoe this winter in the Northwestern US. The boot looks like a heavier duty winter boot but wears and feels like an Astral. Super light and comfortable and waterproof. I've worn them a lot in the snow while working at the ski resort and they preformed really well!

This is my second pair of Halestorms—I wore my first pair really hard through four soggy, muddy, cold winters until they finally gave out, but not without a fight. I quickly replaced them, not wanting to go a minute without a pair waiting beside the door, ready for a winter hike. Astral makes the best shoes I’ve ever worn!

Love the grippy, 'ready to soak' line of Astral Shoes but when the cold-front follows the storm I swap to boots or wear a bag over my socks to keep cold wind and splashes at bay. These Hale-storms might just be Astral's response. Sure, they look like heavy boots - and i hate my boots - but these wear like sneakers. They are very light, squishy, have a stiffer sole than the Brewers (like TR-1's) and my toes stay warm even in freezing wind. So far my socks are staying dry - not sweaty - even in 70 degree rainy weather. I usually lace half-way, for easier transitions at the river or shoe-free homes (double knot is key). In short - they look like 'rain / snow boots'' but wear like normal Astrals, just better suited for winter winds or wet conditions than the rest of the line. Worn for one week straight. Impressive. It's not even cold out anymore, they just feel good. Haven't gotten them fully wet yet - I'll edit later or add a note on how that goes.

Incredibly comfortable and so versatile! Love the look and the super trail busting sole. Fit is true and they look great in town or off-road. I have ALWAYS been an Astral guy on the river and loved my Brewers and Rastlers and these are just as bomber. Love, love, love......
