Perfect for multi day, lightweight hiking, carrying a tent. It’s super comfortable and well proportioned for my gear. Red ties work well for me and I love the big side pockets as it’s easy to get food and water out as you’re hiking. If you have issues with your water bottle I’d suggest selecting one that fits low in the pocket or use a 3L hydration bladder. With hot weather it may get a bit sweaty, but I seem to sweat irrespective of the pack I’m using.
