- Hipbelt helps distribute the weight of heavier loads
- Internal hydration reservoir sleeve and pass-through sits between the shoulder straps so the tube can be routed over either shoulder (hydration reservoir not included)

Goldilocks bag...

I had tried the previous gen of this bag hoping it would be a good fit for me. It was not. My bad. I ordered a medium. The S,M, and L correspond to torso length, not height or other sizing methods. I do recommend that you seriously consider the sizes when purchasing. The size small is just right for me. It's big enough to carry a 14in laptop, everything I need for a day hike and then some! I have high hopes for this bag...I am very happy with it so far!

Perfect size for day hikes, but one issue
The size of the pack is perfect for day hikes except on days when you will be removing multiple layers, rain jacket is fine to be stored on the outside. Pack fit well, I'm 5'8, 150lbs and got the Med. The issue I have is the side pockets access. The pocket comes up to high or the pack rides to high to access anything in the pocket without having to partially remove the pack. I would recommend trying it on 1st as opposed to just ordering it online
