Rab  Mythic G Down Jacket - Women's

Colour is very swish, fit is is great. It is already leaking feathers out of the seams though and the tiniest little catch on one sleeve made a tear - and I really mean the tiniest catch, that I didn't even notice! I can't really imagine wearing this for any outdoor adventures that could involve a scuff - carrying skis, rubbing it against a rock face while belaying up a mountain, catching the fabric in a belay device etc. I do love it, it's just waaaay too flimsy for proper adventure. What a beautiful weight it is, but I probably wont choose anything that lightweight again, just not worth it!

Super warm to weight but durability is poor. Windproof is not so good. On my first trip using this down jacket, a lot of feathers came out through the fabric because it’s quite thin, and the printed logo started to peel off, as shown in the attached photo

After countless hours of researching lightweight down jackets, I kept coming back to the Mythic G. In my opinion, it offers one of the best warmth-to-weight ratios available. It packs down small and delivers impressive warmth and wind resistance the moment I put it on. The fit is equally impressive. It’s thoughtfully designed with a true female-specific cut that provides enough room through the hips without feeling baggy. There’s no awkward bunching from tight elastic at the waist, the longer tail keeps my lower back warm when sitting or bending over, and the sleeves are generously long—something that’s surprisingly hard to find. The hood is also comfortable and fits well without feeling restrictive. I’d buy it again without hesitation!

Perfect for the cold nights traversing the Himalayas in Nepal. Lightweight and extremely warm. And packable for fitting in my day pack while running the mountains during the day

This is a great jacket. It hits way above its weight. It’s lightweight and much warmer than your would expect especially for the weight. It’s soft and snuggly, perfect
