This jacket keeps you dry in the rain while staying comfortable and breathable during a run
I’ve run in this jacket in the rain, and so far, I’m happy to report that I did not melt, drown, or turn into a sweaty mess. It’s waterproof, comfortable, and surprisingly breathable. The vents across the back and under the arms make a noticeable difference, and it actually feels pretty “airy” while running. Which is not a word I normally associate with rain jackets. The hood is probably my favorite feature. It fits well, even over a baseball cap, stays out of my face when I turn my head, and can be rolled up and tucked away when I don’t need it. There are also reflective details, zippered pockets, and it packs into its interior pocket for storage. Most importantly it keeps the rain out without making me feel like I’m running in a ziplock bag. Comfortable, good looking, and well made, and it dies what it’s supposed to do. I’m calling this one a winner.
Simple and compact and does the job well
The running jacket is nice and thin, which should make packing it up really simple It has plenty of pockets and the hood covers a lot of your head, even when you’re wearing a ball cap
Lightweight, breathable rain jacket is my new favorite piece of kit.
This jacket is extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear. Even during a balmy summer rainstorm on the beach, the ventilation was excellent and prevented excess sweat and moisture buildup. The jacket is cut and fits well on my large frame. The numerous pockets are plentiful and zipper pulls were compact yet easy to use. This is going to be my go-to rain jacket for any occasion.
Good jacket for the price
First off the jacket material is top notch with sealed seams. Jacket is quite comfortable and a great jacket for the price is you are ok with the negatives I’m gonna mention next…. The jacket runs big. An XL usually fits me perfect in everything I try on but this jacket fits fairly loose but still not too big to for a run in the rain. My other negative is how loose the sleeves are at the wrist. There is not bungee to tighten it so you just have to live with a loose fitting sleeve and wrist. So overall I am actually very satisfied with the jacket and color. The venting is perfect for a trail run and I plan on using this thing until it falls apart which will probably be a long time from now.
