It’s extremely breathable, which is perfect when I’m running and sweating when it’s cold outside, but it’s still keeping me warm. It’s very lightweight and the fabric is extremely flexible which is also important while running. I love that I can also just wear the jacket out and about because it looks like a regular jacket. I also appreciate the two zipper pockets on the outside and the cinched pocket inside. It makes carrying my things easier while on a run. The only thing I don’t love is the zipper. I struggle with getting the zipper apart every time I try to take the jacket off. Otherwise, the jacket is fabulous.

The fit was okay overall, but the adjustable cinch waist felt tight around my hips. The multidirectional zipper helped a little by reducing some of the tightness. The sleeves were long and wide on me. I'm 5'1" and petite so sleeve length is generally a challenge for me. I was surprised by how loose the sleeves were compared to the snug fit of the jacket through the body. Overall, it is well made and a great material, but the fit could be better for petite frames and those with wider hips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is the perfect jacket for running on those cooler mornings. It has a stylish feminine fit, making it easy to use as a fall favorite. The breathable holes on the torso allow you to stay cool and the material minimizes the jacket clinging to you as you warm up during the run. The thumb loops are awesome for keeping the wind out and sleeves around the wrist while you're constantly moving. I gave a four star rating because the bottom of the jacket has limited mobility which is good for keeping the wind out but the jacket begins to rise above the hips. It seems having some adjustability here would help since people may have different sized hips. Ill be wearing this jacket for not only my runs but errands too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the sporty design of this jacket and thought it might be good for my fall road trip to northern Cali, but I didn’t realize how good it would be! The baffles in the jacket seemed like a gimmick to me, but apparently they just make the jacket the perfect layer for a huge range of temperatures. I did a lot of hiking on my trip - it was not too hot as a windbreaker/sun shade in 80 degrees in Tahoe and it was warm enough in the 40 degree cool mornings in the redwood forest at the coast. My one annoyance was that the zipper pulls are small and flexible so they can be a little tricky to use, but that was the only thing I didn’t love. It packs up small within its own inner pocket so no separate bag to lose which is great.

The combination of down filling and perforations created the perfect balance of warmth and breathability. I’ve been able to wear it on mild afternoon walks, and it kept me warm during cold and rainy football nights (it also stored so easily into my cross body bag when not worn!) The jacket fit true to size, is very comfortable and lightweight, and I found it to be just the right length (hits at the hip). I appreciate the zippered pockets to store smaller belongings during a workout. The thumb holes are convenient when active, but I wish they were a bit more flat to the wristband when not in use. Overall I’m very happy with the appearance, comfort, and functionality of this jacket!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ACG Lava Loft Women’s Therma-FIT Trail Running Jacket is so sleek and low profile. I love the black color as it will pair nicely with so many of my workout leggings and even my jeans. I love the fit of this jacket. I got my normal size and I still have room to wear thicker shirts under the jacket. The air vents in the jacket provide much needed breathability when I’ve worked up a sweat but the down insulation does keep me warm when the cold winds blow. The jacket does have 2 zippers for easy access to pockets and to aid in more ventilation. The pockets on the side have zippers to secure items in jacket pockets. The sleeves have thumb hooks to keep hands warm and the jacket can be rolled up to fit into the internal pocket. I love this jacket as we head into the cooler months and I love that I’m not adding too much additional weight to my running gear.

This therma-fit jacket will be a nice addition to my closet for the upcoming winter. The weather where I live has finally cooled down quite a bit, so I was able to test out it while running errands this morning. The jacket certainly passes the test for warmth & style, and the fit is just right for me! There’s a slight stretch to the material that gives from for layers underneath, if needed. My favorite features are that it’s lightweight & packable, has zipper pockets, and even an inner pouch that fits my phone and cardholder. When trying it on I immediately could tell it has great insulation that can withstand the chill, but I also noted there were small holes throughout the designed which I assumed aid in keeping a good temperature balance. If I could change one thing, I’d wish for a hood. Otherwise this jacket gets an A+ from me!

It’s lightweight, warm, breathable, and really easy to layer without feeling bulky or restricting movement. What I especially like is how versatile it is. It has a really sporty look that’s perfect for running, walking, or working out, but it also looks great with everyday clothes. I’ve worn it with shorts for a more athletic look, but you could easily pair it with leggings or jeans and wear it out casually. It’s one of those jackets that looks good without having to put much thought into an outfit. It’s also really packable, which is a big plus. I’ve worn it for both running and walking, and it’s been great for both. So far, I honestly haven’t found anything I would change. I love the fit, the comfort, and the overall style.

It’s been perfect as we transition into cooler weather especially when our mornings are chilly and our afternoons are much warmer. I love that it has a slim torso which fits me really nicely. The hip area is tight, which works well for me but I think it would be a problem if I had wider hips. The added details of the thumbholes and dual zippers are a nice touch. The make of the jacket, with thinner puffy strips and then breathable holes had me question how it would perform but I’m pleased that it was the perfect material and balance to keep you warm but let you breath during a run. I love that I can wear this for a run and running errands! I’m excited to put more miles in with this jacket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised to receive this jacket because it truly is a gorgeous jacket with lots of little details that show how much thought was put into the design of it. I don’t want to pretend to understand anything about design but the jacket is warm and SUPER LIGHT. When running in it, there is breathing room (I mean that literally because there are actual breathing holes) and you feel like you aren’t wearing anything constricting whatsoever. It’s also so lightweight that it folds into a handbag which for those of you who run hot like me - you know how appealing this feature is because holding a heavy jacket around is just annoying. My mom saw it on me and loved the look of it so much that she asked me to buy one for her because it really does look chic and stylish for a workout but practical and comfortable at the same time. Definitely recommend. I have nothing negative to say about this jacket.
