REI Co-op  Trailmade Lined Pants - Women's

These REI Trailmade pants are awesome!! They breathe well, lightweight yet high quality. Super easy to move around in and keeps me warm when needed!

These hiking pants are so comfortable. Easy to hike in. Zip pocket on the right pant leg. Back pockets. Breathable and lined. No binding when climbing over rocks or downed trees.

I am a huge fan of the REI Trailmade line of clothing. I have multiple pairs of the shorts and also the unlined pants. I had hoped REI would come out with a “winter” version of the same style so was very happy to discover the Trailmade Lined Pants. I immediately ordered two pairs online (an no they were not on sale). This is what I learned. I’ll start by saying I am petite and the regular length unlined Trailmade pants fit me perfectly so I ordered the same size in the lined pants. The style is the same, the lining is soft and cozy but the fit is completely different. They are too long and probably a full size larger than the unlined pants. I went to the store today and tried on the next size down. It fit better in the waste but again was much too long and the legs too baggy. So, if you are a petite, you’ll need to either hem the pants or wait for REI to come out with a shorter length. REI, here’s my request that you consider making this version of these pants in petite sizes because it is a great pair of pants and I’d love to have several. I’m giving these pants a three-star review because I love the style and quality (5 stars) but the overall fit/length is off (1 star).

These pants are fantastic! Pants fit perfectly and I was not expecting the pants to look this good. The material is lightweight, stretchy, comfortable and windproof. The pockets are deep for fitting my necessities and zippered. Lining feels soft and warm but are remarkably cool and great for all day wear. I wouldn’t recommend hiking in these pants during the summer as they are fleece lined but are perfect for almost all outdoor actiities or just keeping warm. They are perfect for hiking during cold, rainy days as they are waterproof quick drying pants and you can probably get away with wearing base layers underneath. The waistband did not roll as it’s elastic waist has a tie to make them looser or tighter. The pants laundered great and are still holding strong even after I slipped and fell on rocky terrain the pants didn’t tear or show any noticeable damage. I was impressed with how durable they are. These are well made pants that are flattering, form fitting and are a great color that is a must have!

The REI CO OP hi king pant is very comfortable and great for fall or winter as they are lined. Great pockets front and back and upper thigh zip pocket. They are breathable and definitely durable. I also like the color.

I love this pants because it is super comfortable and stretchy. The length is perfect for my height. The inside is lined and not too crazy warm. It hides my tummy well but accentuate my butt.

The pants are well made with a soft warm lining. I wear a size small but I am 5'7" and these pants are almost too short. I think the size small is geared toward a petite rather than a regular fit. Great pants for everyday activities in cold weather.
