Brooks  Thermal Reflective Half-Zip - Men's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this Brooks Thermal Reflective 1/2 Zip. The color is a beautiful jewel tone. I feel great wearing it whether I'm busy running miles or running errands. The top runs true to size. I really appreciate the length of the garment as I have a longer torso (compared to my height). Also, the sleeves don't feel like they're pulling when 1 use the thumb holes. On that note, the sleeves have thumb holes and who doesn't love that?! The fabric itself has a nice honeycomb like texture to it. It feels good on the skin and is nice and breathable. I'm really looking forward to having more opportunities to wear this top as the weather finally cools down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Brooks Thermal Reflective 1/2 Zip. The fabric is soft and comfortable, but it's a little warmer than I expected. The fit is a bit roomy. I wouldn't mind it being a little slimmer around the middle, but it's still comfortable to move in. I love the artwork and the overall look. It's sharp enough to wear over a collared shirt, so it works for more than just runs. There are no pockets, so keep that in mind if you like to carry your phone or keys. The reflective details are a nice touch for early morning or evening runs around the neighborhood. Overall it's a great piece and I'd definitely buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyed using the Brooks thermal reflective 1/2 zip for my morning runs and while hiking in the mountains. The lightweight waffle-weave kept me from getting over heated and has been great for the cooler 50 degree mornings. This would also make a wonderful base layer. The moisture wicking was very effective, preventing me from getting cold once I started sweating. I found the reflective areas on the shirt worked fine for our small neighborhood, where there isn’t much traffic, but a reflective vest or belt would still be needed in higher traffic areas. Overall a good thermal for cooler weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the turquoise color of the half-zip! It’s bright and fun without being too much. The half-zip style is cute and easy to throw on for walks, runs, or just running errands. The top is lightweight and great since I like to layer clothes and tend to overheat, so I can easily pull it on and off. I also like the reflective details since I’m outside all the time. I love the thumb holes to keep the sweater in place when running or working out. A couple of things I don’t love. I’m 5’2” and the length is a bit too long on me. I also noticed that the inner fabric shows through on the outside, giving it a textured, look. I’m not a fan of that since I prefer a smoother finish. Overall, I really like the color and style, but wish it were a little shorter and the fabric looked smoother on the outside. Otherwise, it’s warm, lightweight, and a great workout/running top or sweater.

It’s just the right weight for cool October weather without being restrictive. The reflective parts are noticeable without being overdone. So it catches the eye without being an eyesore. Overall it does what it is supposed to do and does it really well. I would definitely buy it again.
