Thule  Pulse 2 M Roof Box

I needed this item before heading on a camping trip. There were some delays due to holiday, but after consistent communication with the staff at REI Huntington, they were able to locate it quickly off the truck and set aside in a timely manner for pickup. One of their team members named Mitch went above and beyond to not only find the package out back, but helped me outside to unpack it and get it on the car. This is why I love REI- because not only do they have great products, but the team members are the best. Thank you Mitch! Nikita was also very helpful in the installation part of the process. Shout out to both of them for going above and beyond to make my REI experience great.

Just returned from a 15-day road trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Picked up the Thule cargo box on August 25th at the Bloomington, MN flagship store, installed it in their parking lot and departed the next day. Install was easy and the jaws/clamps fit the factory cross bars on our 2025 Durango as advertised. No issues over 15 days and 3100 miles on interstates, 2-lane highways and switchback mountain roads in sun, wind and rain. We had backpacks and duffle bags loaded. Just make sure to keep your items clear of the three locking points or the top won't close properly. If the top does not close you can't remove the key - nice feature. Ordered this online and had previously called in to the store to inquire about the product. REI's customer service was very knowledgeable. The two in-store reps who brought the cargo box out to our vehicle delayed their scheduled break time to get it out to us for install. Wish I had their names to give them a shout out. My only disappointment is that I ordered online on August 22nd, just ahead of REI's online Labor Day sale which started on August 28th. REI - any chance of receiving the Labor Day sale discount?
