Spacious and durable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how durable and spacious my Thule Chasm Hauler is. It’s the perfect size for the trunk of a car. The base is waterproof so I don’t have to worry about my stuff getting ruined if it accidentally gets wet. The zippered lid has magnetic fastening so it stays open or half open while I fill it. Inside there’s a removable divider, with a small zippered compartment, that snaps in place. Perfect if I need to keep items separated. There is also one interior side pocket to hold smaller items. Once closed, the zipper keeps everything securely inside. It’s easy to carry and is easy to wipe clean after each use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is wonderful! It’s durable and waterproof and high quality material that I can tell will last. I packed it for a day trip to a local park and didn’t even need to use the dividers. Everything fits need and snug with so much room to spare!
Love that the inside has a changeable insert
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is very well-made. It is weatherproofing and waterproof. It’s very versatile. The appearance is very minimalistic and the size is great. I personally don’t hike but I use this bag in my trunk with all my work supplies and it’s perfect.
Top Quality Construction
I have been using rigid plastic containers for my personal gear on field trips, but decided to give this a try after seeing it on the REI website. The quality of materials and construction are first rate; everything is heavy duty. There are four interior braces that snap into place to hold the container in an open position; these can be undone when not in use and allow the bag to collapse to a much smaller size. It looks like only the bottom is truly waterproof, the sides and top may only be water resistant; waterproof fabric throughout would be an improvement that would allow the bag to ride in the open bed of my truck. The bag is probably a bit overpriced for what you get, but then, what isn’t these days?
