Sadly I missed that they have zippers. No technical boot should have zippers IMHO. Those are for fashion. Overall the boot is just ok. The construction is soft, no real structure like a hiking boot. The fit is not great. I often have to go up a half size when a wide is not available. The width is ok the length is a tad long but not awful. The calf is narrow and this boot is for a higher volume foot than mine. I'm an athlete and not very big so the tight calf is odd. Lacing loosely helps but who wants loose when trudging through the snow? They will do for now but not what I was looking for.
These boots fit so oddly that putting them on was a struggle. Given that they will be returned. I have other Obiz that fit well, and was very surprised and disappointed by these.
