I have 3 carbon steel pans and replaced them with all the yeti cast iron pan set. I just got the new yeti carbon steel pan and I have replaced it with everything. It is my new go to workhorse. I am a huge fan of yet and a huge fan of carbon steel and this out performs any pan I have ever used. I cook often and for a lot of people and yeti nailed it with this pan. It may get low reviews like the 10 inch but I guarantee it is because those people don't know how to use carbon steel. There is a reason why chefs in restaurants prefer carbon steel. Definitely get this pan, I have tried every material and every brand from high end to low end and this is top tier. I can't wait to get the 10 carbon steel next and hopefully they come out with an 8 inch.
The pan is fantastic, very good build quality, very heavy and can definitely used as a home defense weapon! We've been making tortillas in the pan, and it's working out great although we're a bit concerned about the surface as we are not using any oil so we hope we are not damaging the surface like we have with other pans.
Best skillet I’ve ever had! It keeps getting better with every use- and we use it for just about everything! My kids will probably argue over who gets to inherit this pan in the will… it will definitely out last me!
Amazing quality!!!!!!!!! My favorite!! Love yeti!!!
Great quality. Built like a tank. Cooks like a dream.
