Gerber  Vista Clip Folding Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ONLY 2 things I had a problem with are, I hate when a packaging for a knife or scissors requires the use of knife or scissors to get the item out. The knife packaging was difficult to open. The only other thing I had issue with it the clip was so tight I couldn't get it to clip to my jeans I had to put it in my pocket. I prefer the clip to hold tight however not so tight it makes it harder to put back. When we are in the field and feeding I need quick access to my knife so clipped is ideal, I also need to be able to put it back on my pants just as fast to keep moving. Just a little adjustment on that clip and it would be perfect. The actual knife functions was easy for one hand use as well. If you press button and fling it open it pops right in place or you can successfully use one hand to guide it open as I did in the video, no resistance. The button keeps it secure when blade isn't needed. Overall a great tool for the field, I constantly need to but bailing twine and the color gives me a little femininity in my day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent knife! It’s lightweight, so it travels well. Easy to open and close. Stays locked when you need it. The handle and blade do seem very durable. And it’s packaged up tightly when it arrives, so slim chance of accidentally cutting yourself when receiving.

This knife is so incredibly useful from opening packages to removing dead branches from house plants. It is nice and sharp and it opens and folds easily. It’s great for everyday use in the home and garden and it is a great knife for camping and outdoor activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome blade for everyday use. I'm just not a fan of the open/close mechanism on the handle. I'm use to it being in the middle on the spine. This design leads to less accidents but is just different. Nice weight. Easy to slide in and out of a pocket. Comfortable grip. Nice large hole at the base of the handle if you need a tether.

I was so impressed with how light weight but strong this knife is. The sliding mechanism to open and close it was so smooth it took me a while to adjust to the thought that it was just that easy. The clip on the knife is handy and durable. I would recommend this as a common knife for anyone who has regular use for one. Handy, durable, and the easiest to use folding knife I have ever tried.

The value is on the lower end, however it’s still very decent quality. This is perfect for a beginner user or collector.
