[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going with Columbia Sportswear again for my latest walking shoes. I am an avid walker who has not missed hitting 10k+ steps in a day since February 8, 2021. I was very happy with the Granite Trail I just finished burning through. Columbia seems to have stopped making the previous style, but I like these even more. Same great feel, but like the design and color options even more. I have gone through a lot of shoes over the years and Columbia Sports shoes differentiate with their solid construction, comfort and durability —the fit is true to size. Like all my walking shoes, these Columbia shoes are waterproof and they hold up extremely well against the elements. I walk in extreme rain, blizzards, etc. and on a variety of different terrains that have punished the competitor’s shoes. If you are in the market for a serious walking / hiking shoe that is comfortable and high quality then look no further. I highly recommend Columbia Sports!
Bought these to replace an older pair of Columbia shoes. Unfortunately, Columbia apparently doesn't make the older model anymore. I thought these would replace the old ones. Wrong, not as good in every way. Construction is worse, materials worse, overall just a cheaper to make product and no match for the older Columbia shoe. Hey Columbia, just charge more and provide a better product rather than cheaping out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe by far is the best waterproof shoe I have ever had! I don’t need to break them in, and they fit like a glove. Very true to size and don’t squeeze in the toe box. I have been running n the rain multiple times, and my feet stay dry. The shoes even breath well and don’t hold in moisture making my feet wet from sweat. I will definitely be buying these again for when the time comes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many pairs of Peakfreak Rush shoes over the years and always enjoyed them. This is my first pair of Peakfreak OutDry shoes. The shoes are very comfortable and good looking, with an excellent fit and grip. I have not yet used them in wet conditions so I cannot comment on that attribute at this point. . I will use these shoes on long hikes in raining or wet conditions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these shoes for an event coming up in June that will require me to be on my feet for at least 8 hours. At 71 years old I really need them to preform well. As a long time Columbia customer I'm sure that I won't be disappointed. I haven't put them through a full test run but the time that I have worn them I have found them to have great comfort.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing these more or less daily for the last ten days or so, including multiple rambles with the dog on steep New Mexico hills. They'll get their first major day-hike later this week, but everything so far says I've found the quality low-cut hiking shoes I've been looking for: solid support, great traction, all-day comfort.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ordered several times from Columbia online and have been consistently pleased with the fit and quality. I hike a lot, so I'm often ordering shoes/boots and the Men's Peakfreak Rush Outdry shoe did not disappoint -- would definitely recommend. Size 11. St Croix Falls, WI
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're on the fence about these shoes...buy them! They are ridiculously comfortable and fit well. I only have 4 hikes in them, but have zero complaints. It's still spring runoff here in Colorado and these shoes have kept my feet dry. Highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shoe. Slightly wider toe box, which I need. Only complaint is they only come in a gortex version. I'd love these if they were a mesh upper and breathed a little better. My feet sweat and need the ventilation. Great shoe otherwise.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love them. Very comfortable. You can tell they will last a veeery long time.
