Ah-mazing!
Okay, I'm a hard fit for shoes and I think I've found the holy grail in my targhees! Normally a solid 9 in all shoes (but 9. 5 in Nikes). The 9 fits just a tad snug when going downhill but the 9. 5 felt too loose and roomy. These are rugged enough for the trail, lightweight, waterproof and yet still comfy enough to wear all day. I'm in love. I've logged many miles in them in the first few months of having them and already considering another pair for when these wear out. Originally bought the Lilypad color.

My only shoe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase was maybe my 10th or 12th pair of Targhees. The wide toe box is very forgiving. My feet are very challenging to fit into any shoe, but the Targhees I can absolutely depend on. This color is wonderful. My only issue with this particular pair is the tongue on one shoe sticks into my ankle a bit. But that will soften with wearing, and has never been an issue before. Great shoe.

Not great
