I am using this pack to hike the Camino de Santiago in May. I am able to fit my lightweight sleeping bag/pillow in the lower part. And my clothes/toiletries and hydration bladder fit in the upper section. I like the small pouches on the slide of the waist belt for my phone & chapstick. I'm 5'8" and 180 lbs and I feel that I am able to adjust the pack to make it super comfortable for my long days that I am currently training for.
