Nite Ize  GlowStreak Disc-O LED Ball

We love these balls and collars for Chuckit night exercise. All winter long we get miles on the dogs by playing what we like to call TRONDOGS. We love not having to worry about loosing balls and knowing exactly where every dog is out in the field in the pitch black dark is outstanding. Less play collisions between dogs chasing balls, and plenty of weight to be thrown a good distance. Only considerations are that if they are dropped in water they need to be taken apart and completely dried immediately because we have lost 4 so far on labs dropping them in the water bucket and moisture causing rust around the battery and wrecking the light. Also if there is more than 2-3 inches of snow- the light isn’t visible if it is completely covered in snow… then it’s a wait till spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, just wow. I genuinely have no complaints. Easy to use. My border collie absolutely loved it. It fit perfectly into my ball thrower. It was super easy to see my dog at night now. She is black, so at night it can be hard to see her. With the ball, you just see a glowing orb flying up to you. It is absolutely adorable to see. I already have recommended it to all the dog owners I know. This is the ball to get if you ever play with your dog at night.

My dog loves playing fetch, and with a busy day at work, i like doing that in the evening and in the dark. This ball is perfect for that. The colors are beautiful, and my dog gets a kick out of it. I really like how tough it is. it's very well made. One other thing is just before it turns off after 10 minutes of not moving if flashes for a few minutes kind of like an sos beacon so if you lose it while playing you are sure to find it then.And it also floats so if your dog is into water sports this is for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to try this Glow streak LED ball as our dog enjoys playing fetch at night. The ball itself appears to be made out of extremely durable material. It took a minute to get it to start lighting up as the first throw did not trigger it (it did once we dropped it straight down). Due to the heaviness of the ball, it does not have much of a bounce once it hits the ground so it stops right where it hits and our dog prefers to chase a bouncing ball. The lights were extremely bright so easy to see and find. We just wish it had more of a bounce when thrown!

I had high hopes for this LED ball, but it didn't last 5 minutes with my 3 year old dog. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was compact. Easy to open. This toy is very cool toy to play outside with you fur baby as it glows. It does say on package not a chew toy as it does have batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our senior dog has been pretty lethargic and unwilling to play lately, so I was hoping that this ball would perk him up a little bit. He did chase after for a few minutes when my son threw it for him, but didn’t have much interest in it when we weren’t really hyping him up to play with it. Despite our lack of success, the ball seems to be very well-made and durable. Lights are bright and easy to see in the dark. It is a little bit difficult to get them to light up, but that could just be me playing too gently with it. Overall, not a bad product, just not for us. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have tried it.

My dogs absolutely love this ball and it makes it super easy to see at night for both me and the dogs! Definitely chew resistant which is perfect for my big dog. I love how it cycles through all the different colors and blinks fast letting you know the lights will power off soon. My dogs new favorite ball!!
