Cool smart glasses with lots of features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ray-Ban Wayfarer Meta (Gen 2) glasses are honestly very cool. They’re packed with useful features you can take photos handsfree, get live translations while traveling, and even ask the AI to identify things around you when you’re unsure. My only complaint is the size. Even though they’re marketed as unisex, they’re way too big for my face (I’m a woman), so… my partner ended up stealing them from me 🥲. He loves them, though, and they look great on him. I’d love to see a version designed to better fit smaller or more feminine head shapes. If that existed, this would easily be a 5-star product. For now, 4/5!
Gen 2 Meta glasses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 glasses in shiny black with green lenses, and they’ve been great so far. They look just like classic Wayfarers, so they don’t stand out as “tech glasses,” which I like. The build quality feels solid, and the finish looks clean and premium. The camera and smart features work smoothly, and the audio is better than I expected for open-ear speakers—clear enough for calls and music without blocking the world around me. Battery life is decent, not amazing, but good enough for everyday use. Overall, they’re stylish, comfortable, and the added tech features feel useful. If you want smart glasses that still look like normal sunglasses, these are a strong option.
Premium, genuinely wearable smart glasses that ble
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2) in Shiny Black / Green nails the classic Wayfarer look while sneaking in very capable smart glasses tech: 12MP ultra-wide camera, 3K video, discreet open-ear speakers, 5-mic array, Meta AI, live translation and 32GB onboard storage in a frame that still feels like actual sunglasses rather than a gadget. The capture quality and hands-free controls make it brilliant for vlogging, calls, travel and everyday “shoot what you see” moments without whipping out your phone, and the 8-hour battery (plus charging case) is genuinely usable. Downsides: you’re locked into the Meta ecosystem, privacy concerns are unavoidable with a face-mounted camera, audio can still leak a bit in quiet spaces, and at this price it’s only worth it if you’ll actually use the camera/AI features rather than just wanting stylish sunnies.
Wow wow wow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh wow!!! These are incredible never have I ever seen anything like this before. They fit like a glove so easy to use. There amazing and you can do so much stuff with them ringing taking pictures videos. Ideal for a content creator. Great value for money I’d say. The glasses case also teams us as a charger port which is pretty cool in my eyes 👀
Amazing sunglases
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 in Shiny Black with Green lenses, and honestly, they’re pretty awesome. At first glance, they just look like a regular pair of stylish Wayfarers — same classic shape, glossy black frame, and that timeless green tint. You wouldn’t even notice there’s tech inside, which I love. The camera and audio are the biggest surprises. The photos and videos come out really clear, even in motion, and the sound is surprisingly good for open-ear speakers. You can listen to music, take calls, or even chat with Meta AI hands-free without blocking out the world around you — which is great when walking or running errands. Comfort-wise, they feel a bit heavier than normal Wayfarers, but not in an annoying way. After a while, you kind of forget you’re wearing smart glasses. Battery life is decent — not all-day if you’re constantly using the camera, but fine for casual daily use. Overall though, I’d say they’re a great mix of style and function. Perfect if you want sunglasses that actually do something — whether that’s taking quick videos, listening to podcasts, or just looking cool while staying connected.
Super Cool but Cannot do Live Translation Yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited to get this product to try for free. These meta AI sunglasses do not weigh much more than normal sunglasses but has a surprisingly subtle (to adjacent people) but loud sounds from the built in speakers on the band. I tried out all the functions it has (asking the glasses to tell me what I am looking at and asking a question for it to search Google, taking a picture, and recording a video) but very disappointed that it cannot do live translation yet as advertised which is “coming soon” but not indicated when and it will only be available for a handful of European languages. Personally at this time, can’t really justify paying extra just for the meta AI technology but you are partially paying for the Rayban brand.
I don’t go anywhere without them anymore
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I honestly thought these glasses were just another unnecessary gadget. Something cool to show off for a few days and then forget about. But after using them regularly, I can say one thing without hesitation — I was completely wrong. These glasses are extremely useful and have become part of my everyday life. The photo and video quality absolutely amazed me. I expected it to be bad just because, well… they’re glasses. I assumed the camera would be more of a gimmick than something practical. And then I saw my first photos and videos. The quality is surprisingly good, sharp, and detailed. I honestly didn’t expect that level of performance, and the surprise was a very positive one. The touch panel on the temple works perfectly. It’s smooth, responsive, and very comfortable to use. Gestures feel natural, and after a short time everything becomes second nature. My eyes are quite sensitive to sunlight, and these glasses protect them extremely well. The green lenses provide excellent UV protection and are very comfortable even during long exposure to bright sun. At the same time, listening to music is a great experience — the open speakers sound clear and balanced, and I can still stay aware of my surroundings. What really impressed me is Meta AI. It reacts even to a whisper — it’s incredibly sensitive. I can talk to the glasses quietly, and no one around me even notices that I’m interacting with them. Making calls, sending messages, or asking questions feels natural and effortless. The comfort is outstanding. I can talk, record everything I see, listen to music, and go about my day without any discomfort. Everything just works together seamlessly — it’s honestly brilliant. The charging case deserves a mention as well. It’s elegant, stylish, and very solid. It protects the glasses well and looks premium, not like a cheap accessory.
Meta Glasses Gen 2 – My Everyday Favorite ❤️ Style
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These glasses honestly fit my life so well. I use them all the time, and they make everything easier and more fun. 🤩 very comfortable and super performative! I’ve been using Meta Glasses Generation 2 for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed how good they feel in daily life. I mostly use them for quick photos and videos on the go, especially when I’m traveling or when I just don’t want to hold my phone. It’s so easy to record something while I walk, shop, or even when I want to remember a product I saw somewhere. Just one tap and that’s it. The quality is not exactly the same as on my iPhone, of course, but it’s honestly more than enough. On a sunny day it actually looks really pretty — bright colors, sharp light, very real vibe. And I was really shocked how good the sound is. The speakers are amazing, the audio feels close and very warm, but I can still hear what’s happening around me. Super comfortable, especially when I’m outside. The design is probably my favorite part. They look very classic, stylish, and they match literally everything I wear. Most of the time people don’t even realize there’s a camera inside until I say it. I even got a lot of compliments just for the look of the glasses and the beautiful camel-colored charging case. It’s nice to touch, strong, and very elegant. I also wear them when I drive my cabriolet — they protect from the sun and I can create fun little videos while I enjoy the ride. And even if the battery doesn’t last whole day, it charges very fast in the case, so honestly it doesn’t bother me at all. I didn’t use the Meta AI feature too much yet, but every time I tried it, it answered really fast and actually felt kind of alive. You can chat, ask something, get ideas. It’s very polite and helpful, and I think I will use this more later. Overall, these glasses are a stylish, classic accessory that will never go out of fashion, with a level of functionality none of my friends expect. For me, they are practical, cool looking, and just super fun to use. I really recommend them.
Super efficient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Meta Gen 2 glasses almost daily. Especially when l’m out walking, travelling or running. It is lightweight and comfortable and definitely so stylish! The touch controls are really simple and taking photos or short videos hands free has been a big plus! The speakers are clear enough to listen music and make calls without blocking outside sounds, which l love. Overall, they are easy to use, practical and fit perfectly into my every day routine. Definitely one of my favourite gadgets lately.
Best Smart Glasses Around!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far the best glasses I’ve ever owned! Not only are they super comfortable, and work well as sunglasses, but it has all the tech extras that make it even more useful! I can take photos, videos, use the meta assistant, and even listen to music and no one else can hear it! They aren’t overly bulky and are built really well. After a while I forgot they weren’t just regular sunglasses! The lens clarity is perfect as to be expected by Ray Ban. The case doubles as a charger and is extremely easy to use. The battery life is really good and it’s built to last. The frame material is very well built and feels very comfortable and durable. The meta assistant is super responsive, and getting all the pictures and videos onto my phone is super easy. It shoots 3k video which looks great and the pictures look great as well. It struggles a little in low light, but for the most part these are worn in bright daylight so that’s not a big deal at all. Overall these glasses are amazing and the only ones I’ll be wearing for the foreseeable future!
