[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several pairs of the Sprag pants over the years and they are a great choice on the trail or at work. I had to buy a new pair when I saw they were back in stock. The fabric is soft and stretchy, and not too heavy so they are comfortable in a lot of temps. Durability is good (one of my older pairs shows some elastic-fuzz on the thighs but is otherwise in great shape). The newest pair I purchased does fit slightly slimmer thru the hips and seat compared to my other pairs, but not so much it's uncomfortable. The rest of the fit seems the same. I got a size 32 R, I am 5'10" and 180lbs.
Utility brown size 31 regular. At 6'0" and 150 lbs the fit is spot on-the relaxed fit is comfortable and versatile, just ordered a second pair. The fabric is slightly heavier than expected and is very durable. Love the water-repellent finish, perfect for unexpected weather and the FLASHDRY™ keeps me dry and cool. These pants are ideal for travel, hiking, and casual wear. They're stylish enough for everyday outings yet rugged enough for outdoor adventures. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, all-purpose pants!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to wear to work as a PT and for weekend outings. They dress up very well and will become a 3 season staple here in Arkansas. They're very light and well ventilated. I have 2 other TNF pants that are 32 Short that fit perfectly while these are a tad loose in the waist but not falling off my hips. I wear a belt at work for better fit and ditch it around Thanksgiving ;) That's my only gripe. I'm 5'8" 165lbs athletic build. If they came in a 31 Short I would but those.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer the slim fit but my size is rarely in stock. (32 x34 -slim). Also, there are inconsistencies in the styling-missing zip rear pockets and small right front pocket? I've been buying these for a few years but m planning to find something from a different brand with more consistent styling and availability unless you can address these issues. I also noticed that some colors were available in the style I prefer but at 3 times the price?
Too short. I had to return the first time because the waist was too big. Now the let is a touch too short, but not worth going through the hassle of returning it. If I get the regular length, then I'll probably have to pay to have them hemmed. Like the stretchiness of the pants, they're comfortable. I had a rewards credit, i had to wait to get that credited back to my account to order a new pair, so the whole process was annoying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely amazing pair of pants. They breath well, are comfortable, and are flexible enough to support a full range of movement. They are as formal as a pair of good looking jeans, but are just as comfortable as a pair of sweatpants. Perfect for the trail, work, or a meet up with friends. My only complaint is that "short" was not short enough and I had to go get them hemmed (a common problem for a short guy like myself).
I bought my first pair of these pants at the outlet store when I was taking my daughter to college. Now I am slowly getting every color available. Hopefully The North Face keeps producing these. They are comfortable with just the right amount of rise and length. I have big legs so finding pants that are not skin tight but also not baggy is tough. The material makes these versatile for all kinds of uses.
Bought two pairs to use for work and travel. Stretch material is great. Dries quickly. Fairly true to size and comfortable. I'm 54 years old and would have given a 5 star rating except the pants are a bit slim in the legs, and I'm a fit guy who is always being accused of having chicken legs. I purchased the pants based on the pictures. On the models, the pants don't look slim fit, but they are.
These pants are made from a high-quality, durable material that stands up well to daily use. The blend of fabrics offers a nice balance of breathability and toughness, making them suitable for various activities. I've worn them for everything from office work to weekend hikes, and they still look as good as new. The stitching is robust, and there are no signs of wear even after several washes.
I rarely find trousers that fit my thighs and waist at the same time. These are those; they feel very tough but light and mobile at the same time.
