Very high quality chair, limited reclining range
Very sturdy, premium materials and construction, so it is on the heavier side. Still easy to carry. Comfortable especially with back rest extended. Works beautifully as a low beach chair or standard height with the adjustable legs, though this makes setup a little longer than simpler chairs. One issue is I thought it would be great for laid back lounging to set up with front legs long and rear short. Unfortunately it is unstable in this configuration and tips over backwards easily. Be aware and it's not a problem. Plan to buy another one

Fatal Flaw
No, I do not recommend this product
Everything is great about this chair except for the the rounded brace/handle in the middle of the backrest. After sitting for 30 minutes, you start to feel that brace in the middle of your back and trying to find ways to position around it. The more you tilt the chair back, the more it becomes uncomfortable. If they ever fix that issue, i'd purchase it without hesitation. Until then......

Solid and versatile
Yes , I recommend this product
Upon first impression, the chair seems very well built with no wobble. I love the different amount of configurations. Keep it low for the beach or high for the park. Raise the front and drop the back for lounging position. It was a no brainer when trying to minimize the amount of chairs for different activities. Time will tell how it holds up as it’s a newer product at this time. Only downside is the advertised add on cup holders are not available right now anywhere.

A High Quality Chair-checked all the boxes for me!
I had difficulty finding any reviews on this chair in the US, it comes from New Zealand and appears to be sold only by REI in the US. I wanted a folding chair that I could easily carry into my grandchildren’s ball games, lightweight, and adjustable because I CANNOT use a short chair that is hard for me to get out of. I am a senior and needed a chair that I could handle, not too heavy, but sturdy! I am pleased with the quality of this chair. The frame is strong and I love the high back to it that I can use or change it to a short back chair. I can adjust the front and back legs independently to deal with different uneven ground situations. The fabric on the chair has a very high denier rating for strength. The chair is comfortable!! Thanks to REI, I got it 20% off and of course I could return it if it didnt work out for me. But that will not happen as I am keeping the chair and yes I could have found a cheaper one, but this met all of my needs for comfort, lightweight, folded up to carry and adjustable. Highly Recommend!
