These are exactly what I am am looking for. First 3 mile hike, no problem. They are really comfortable and pretty light weight. The material inside the shoe is like silky, not irratating or rough. lt hugs your ankle just right. The grip on bottom of shoe is really grippy. The shoes have a shape to where it almost rolls you through the shoe, so you are putting more pressure evenly on your foot. So for any one who has had or does have foot pain this might be a great option for you. Whoever designed these shoes, has to be a hiker. A+
These fit well, the arch hits exactly where it should. They are also good for those of us whose feet supinate. Seems the vast majority of this type of shoe is designed for pronators so finding a shoe that actually keeps me from supinating was a nice find. Can't speak as to how waterproof they are since I haven't had them out in wet conditions yet.
I’ve only been running in these shoes for a few weeks, but I love them so far. They are a really good balance of stability and cushioning. They seem really well made and they are very comfortable. There are no weird pressure points on the top of the foot. And the materials around the ankle are smooth and don’t dig into me. True to size.
I bought these to replace my Mammut Sertig TR Low GTX shoes which were waterproof but ran large/not comfortable during hikes with the pup. These NF trail shoes run true to size, are waterproof, and provide great cushion. Way more comfortable than I was expecting. Highly recommend.
The shoes are comfortable for walking and keep my feet dry on rainy days.
