Tight water bottle fit
The Balckburb Cinch Carbon Cage is light weight and easy to install. The water bottle fit is exceptionally tight making it challenging to insert the water bottle. I am in hopes it will loosen over time before heading back out on the road in the spring.
Too Tight
This is the type of design that makes me think no R & D went into. My water bottle is the standard size bike water bottle (REI sugarcane bottle)…but the fit is so tight, I would be spending more time getting it in and out of the cage than riding. I tested it in the package as soon as it got to my house and yeah…completely disappointed. I give it 2 stars cos *maybe my water bottle is on the big side. But I read a lot of reviews after buying it on other sites that said the same thing. Will be returning it.
