Dansko  Margreta Sandals - Women's

One of my favorite brands is Dansko. I have several Dansko shoes and they are all size 39 and fit perfectly, until now. I bought this shoes and requested size 40 because I had returned two pairs size 39 and they were too small, something that never happened before. Now, with the size 40 they are too big, obviously I now need a half size because whomever is manufacturing this brand now has different sizing. The problem is that Dansko does not do half sizes. I am totally sad over this since this is my go to brand for years now. Dansko has lost a loyal customer because they don't make half sizes. So sad.

I can't review the shoes because I never recieved them. This is a review of REI's customer service. I bought these shoes using the REI members' 20 percent anniversary sale discount. The day after the sale ended, REI cancelled my order because they had sold an item they did not actually have in stock. To make up for their mistake they offered me a 15 percent discount on my next order. In essence: We're sorry for our mistake. To make up for it, you can spend 5 percent more on your next order than you would have spent on the order we screwed up.

These shoes are super cute while also providing the comfort dansko is known for. I’m normally a 38 and these fit true to size. I like that the toe box is a little roomy so my toes don’t feel cramped. I also appreciate that the buckle is a real buckle and is not Velcro.
