A pain to put together
I was very excited to get rolling with my toddler. I knew that because I had an E bike it would be a little bit more difficult to get set up. I did not know that it would take three hours of watching and re-watching videos to try and figure out how to finagle the thing to fit on my trek bike. I purchased the spacer as recommended before I even got the seat but even then I couldn’t get the spacers, correct. Then I couldn’t get things screwed or unscrewed. The guy in the video uses fancy easy to hold tools. The tools that they supply are neither of those things. Trying to get the child seat to hook up with the actual seat, took about 40 minutes because I could not get the holes lined up. Finally, the seat itself is essentially made of foam. By the time I was done wrestling with the thing on my garage floor it looked like it was 10 years old. Overall, quite disappointed. The only upside is that my child likes riding in it. If I had to do it again I’d either have someone else install the dumb thing or get another type of seat. *still reeling in frustration hours later lol*
