Outstanding Windbreaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this windbreaker a few months back and it has turned out to be a great addition to my coat collection. It is extremely light and will easily pack into a backpack taking up little space and having minimal weight. It lives up to the intended use of breaking the wind as evidenced by many days experienced along the Delaware beaches. I do not believe that it is waterproof but do not think it claims to be. My only complaint is that it lacks traditional pockets only having a single breast pocket. Overall this was a great purchase and I strongly endorse this product.

EXCELLENT and HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL

Outstanding product by all measures. Excellent in windy conditions and light rain either alone or as an added layer. Extremely comfortable with a generous fit if you want to wear it over a sweater. Built-in hood makes this jacket twice as useful. Great for travel and extremely easy to stow in its own pocket for any travel requirement. This is a WINNER and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Everyone should have one of these in their outdoor gear wardrobe.

Wonderful Wind Jacket

This jacket is unbelievably lightweight and warm. This is an awesome shell to take on every hiking trip or walk around the park. It packs super small and can fit inside a pocket. While it doesn't have the water resistance of a proper rain jacket, it is more than enough to keep you dry in a short, unexpected shower. It is very windproof and impressively windproof for its weight. I never get on the trail without this jacket in my pack!

Pluses and minuses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a simple garment. The plus is that it packs down. How it will handle rain is unknown. Marmot offers no advice. The cuff elastic isn't tight enough. It runs large. My main complaint is the price. It's too high. Not sure if I'll keep it

Ultralight and windproof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultralight and windproof. Not - water resistant and abrasion resistant. So have to be careful while using. Fits like a wind jacket of this category i.e. a little short.
