HEST  Foamy Camp Chair

I’ve been using the HEST Foamy Camp Chair for the past few weeks, first on a Baja trip posted up on the beach for sunsets, and now back in the PNW, and it’s easily one of the most comfortable camp chairs I’ve used. The sit position stands out right away. It’s more relaxed and supportive than a typical upright camp chair, which makes a big difference when you’re hanging out for a while. The dual cup holders are actually useful, and the build feels solid all around. A big bonus is the detachable foamy seat. I’m already a fan of their pillow and mattress, so having that same comfort in a removable seat is clutch. I’ve used it in my truck while driving and on the bench in my camper to upgrade other seating. It’s not the smallest or lightest chair, but if comfort is the priority, this thing delivers. I was skeptical that a camp chair could actually be comfortable, but the memory foam on this thing is the real deal. After a full day biking, sitting down in this chair around the campfire felt like genuine relief. The build quality is also excellent; it feels solid and well-made, nothing flimsy or cheap about it. At this price it's not cheap, but it's the kind of chair you buy once and actually look forward to using. Worth it.

Chair broke after 3 day of use

I have been a long time fan of Hest and their products. I have had a single foamy mattress all the way to the dually mattress for a roof top tent, that same comfort and durability is delivered into this chair. You can see every detail and thought they put into this chair and it is great! If you are looking for a very very comfortable chair for camping or even outdoors, this is it. Yes the price is on the high side but you get so much value out of it. I have a bunch of coworkers that keep stealing my chair from me at work ( I have it in my office) and they cannot get enough of it.

The Hest camp chair is better than I imagined. It will now go with me not only camping but to soccer games, lacrosse games, parades, and anywhere else I need a portable chair. The comfort level due to the foam and the angle of the back is unmatched in any chair I have previously used. Currently the chair is in our TV room where my husband and I argue over who can sit in it. Great job, HEST. Another superb product.

Most Comfortable Camping Chair EVERrrrrrr! From the moment I sat down in this chair, I didn't want to get up. You literally meld into it. I love how insulating the foam feels on cooler evenings

This chair is incredibly comfortable! I have chronic lower back pain, and a lot of camping chairs aggravate the pain. But the way the top half is angled slightly back, plus having memory foam cushions makes it extremely comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is impossible to pack back up in the (too small) bag. I could not fit the cushions and the chair itself back inside no matter what I did. It's also super heavy, which I anticipated, but just something to be aware of.

Wow! As an owner of a Hest Foamy mattress (which I love) I had to get this chair when I saw it. The Foamy mattress has really improved my camping sleep, and similarly, this chair is by far the most comfortable chair of the many I’ve owned over the years. The cushion foam and the chair angles literally give me all day comfort, I’ve already spent many hours in this chair without any pressure points. The design looks cool and the quality seems great, like it will last for many years. I really like the dual cupholders and the placement - they are up by the armrests where you can see them, rather than way down along the sides. I keep my phone in one and a beverage in the other. I’ve used it on cool/cold overnight trips and the cushion really keeps your backside warm and cozy while your front is warmed by the fire. I didn’t realize what a problem that was with standard thin mesh camp chairs. But the foam was also not too hot on sunny warm spring days. Extra bonus - I saw in the features and the video to use the cushion in your truck when driving - game changer! I used this for a 12 hr road trip with no pressure points and felt way better than normal at the end of the drive. Overall the chair is great. It is in full time use on my patio for weekdays when not in the truck for camping and overlanding trips.

Truly the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in! Hard to switch back to other camp chairs after this. The chair cushion really sets this chair apart. Worth every penny!

its like your grandpa favorite arm chair, only you can fold it up and take it camping. Literally the most comfortable chair in our house. And I say house, because since we got it been on the deck, in the back yard and in the living room haha. For camping its a little large, but folds down then enough to stuff in with the rest of the gear and has you sitting like a king wherever you take it.
