They Don't Collapse as Expected
No, I do not recommend this product
I bought these with the expectation they fully collapse, as shown in the photos, and I could strap them to a pack. But in reality, they stop with about 20cm of exposed inner pole ... MUCH longer than the photo suggests. This is unusable for my purposes. I don't understand the discrepancy between what the photo shows and reality ... maybe the design changed? I'll be returning these.
